Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Synrows, synrows.app, the cloud API at api.synrows.app, and related downloads, operated by Synrows. By downloading, purchasing, or using Synrows, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Desktop trial
New installs receive a 14-day evaluation period with full features. No payment is required for the trial.
Desktop license
A paid Desktop license ($99 launch / $119 standard) grants perpetual use of the desktop application on up to 2 devices, including 1 year of software updates. This is a license to use the software, not a transfer of intellectual property. You may not redistribute installers or circumvent update signing.
Post-trial free tier
Without a Desktop license after trial expiry, Synrows continues in a limited mode: SQLite and demo adapters for new connections; existing non-SQLite connections are read-only for browsing; export remains available.
Cloud add-on
Cloud is an optional subscription ($12/month or $108/year) for hosted Synrows Cloud AI quota. It is not required to use local LLM or BYOK. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled via the Paddle customer portal.
Desktop + Cloud bundle
The Desktop + Cloud bundle ($179 launch) includes a Desktop license and Cloud yearly subscription in one purchase. Cloud renews at the standard yearly rate unless cancelled.
License activation
Desktop licenses are activated with a key in Synrows → Settings → License. We store a device fingerprint and activation timestamp. Licenses may be revoked on refund or Terms violation.
Purchases and Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paid purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy.
Synrows Cloud
Optional cloud AI sends schema summaries and prompts to our Cloudflare Worker — not full database contents. You may revoke device registration in Settings.
Your data
You are responsible for credentials, generated data, and compliance with your organization’s policies. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Synrows is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim related to paid services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Desktop license, bundle, or Cloud subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
